Feeling A Bit …

Feeling A Bit out of sorts, overly tired, anxious, but not real sure why these past few weeks? Yeal, me, too. Just couldn’t quite get a handle on the WHAT was going on, only that IT was going on.

Feeling anger – for no real reason. Depressed, frustrated, even times of extreme clarity – brief though they were. But, the biggest factor has been the extreme exhaustion, just couldn’t get enough sleep, even after 9 – 10 hours just about every night – this when my norm is 6 hours & I’m up & runningSo, I slept, ran Indigo sessions on myself & hoped that “this to shall pass” – it did.

Then today I received a newsletter from the Global Initiative, which helped shed some light on the Why so much weird energy was floating around. And, it seems much of what everyone – everywhere is experiencing has to do with solar flare activity.

“…The year 2011 ended with “natural fireworks” from the sun, when sunspot 1389 unleashed mid-size (M2) class solar flares. The solar activity slowed down at the beginning of 2012, but then picked up on January 23rd, when a medium sized M9 class flare, on the threshold of being an X-flare, erupted from sunspot 1042 and caused a geomagnetic storm on Earth on January 24th. Then on January 27th, an X2 class flare unleashed, with the blast site not facing the Earth…

  …increased solar activity can have effects on human health and behavior, leading to increased violence, homicide, suicide, heart attacks, strokes, depression, fatigue and irritability. This all has been documented in scientific literature…increased solar activity can have a positive impact as well. Suitbert Ertel, a German professor, found an increase in human creativity in art, science and architecture during periods of increased solar energy.”

The newsletter also had an awesome picture of solar flare activity, but the bottom line of their article was that these solar activities will continue to have an impact upon all of us (including our Four-legged Friends), and it’s up to each of us to find our own inner balance. We can choose to “flex with the influx of energy created by the sun” and use it to increase our creative intentions for a better future.

One way to create balance is through meditation. Focus your heart energy to bring balance to yourself and all those around you. The heart chakra energy is seen as green, you can also visualize the color pink, which is the universal color of peace & love.  Doing this helps create more heart resonance and heart coherence. Another means of creating heart resonance is through an Indigo Biofeedback session, which is the intention of the monthly group Full Moon Indigo biofeedback session. (see schedule for next event)

I absolutely love these sessions – I can see such changes within those who choose to participate each month. And those who have individual Indigo sessions are opening faster that I’ve ever seen before – really exciting!

A New Year, A New Look – A New Plan

I love the start of a new year, it’s full of promise and hope, but remember that promise and hope usually requires “us” in order to mainfest.

I was ready for a new look to this blog and needed to find that new look out of hundreds of potions to choose from. This time I took my time, instead of grabbing the first “different” look that popped up. Yes, I can get a bit impulsive sometimes, especially when I’m in a hurry – just “get-er-done”, then fix it later if need be. But, you know what – it takes more time to fix it later than it probably would have taken to get what I really wanted in the first place!

This year, I’m taking my time to decide on what I want/need, and at the same time realizing that taking my time can also lead to procrastation and getting absloutely nothing done! Balance…

To that end I’ve been working with a simple plan to keep me on tract and moving forward, I call it the One-page Plan. Let’s face it, if a plan gets any larger than one essential page, it can be a bit overwhelming.

First, ask yourself  WHAT do I want? Having a crystal clear image of that desire or goal creates more confidence along with stronger convictions and provides you with a road map on how to get there. Write, journal about what you want, including the WHY you want it? It’s important to connect to the feeling of what you want & the why you want it.

imagine what it feels like to be on purpose, in abundance, confident, or whatever your desire is – then set the INTENTION to manifest, and let it go, don’t fixate on your goals. Once an intention is set – it will happen, just follow the next steps.

Next up is to shift your focus from just your needs and goals to how you can be of SERVICE. Begin to focus on the needs of others. Visualize someone else’s life changing for the better. Ask people questions, lots of them until you find their need. Then give to them freely. This could be in the form of a phone call, a hug to someone or any number of other needs – just listen for  how you can serve, whether or not this has anything to do with your goals or not.

This next step is an easy one, so easy it’s also easy to forget – develop an attitude of GRATITUDE, and stay there. When fear, doubt or any negativity creep in, there is no room for gratitude. Go back to gratitude to instantly stop the negativity.

And finally, have unwavering FAITH that any intention, goal or desire you set must be fulfilled, no matter what! This step is very important, probably the most important, so don’t complicate faith with thoughts like not having the right, haven’t earned it, haven’t suffered enough, etc. When this level of negativity creeps in, all manifesting energy comes to a screeching halt – to stop these feelings and renew manifestation, return to gratitude and KNOW things will work out.

Hope this helps, I’m working these same steps myself – one goal at a time.

Full Moon and Eclipse Energy

Yes, today’s energy is all about the Full Moon, along with an eclipse all happening at the same time. I read that this was to be a “quiet eclipse” – is that even possible?

In all fairness, Wednesday was the tough day for me, not so much today, but then it’s pretty early in the morning as I write. Either way, I’m ready – got a new rubber band around my wrist, just in case!

Rubber Band Spirituality

Wow, did you get a load of all the crazy energy floating around for the past couple of weeks? I mean people frightening over who gets to spend their money the fastest? Really? I myself have been working overtime in keeping my own emotional outbursts in check, not to mention a few dozen judgments popping up every few minutes.

 

 Then there’s been the occasional urge to just throw my hands up & quit, life seems just way to hard. But then as one of my favorite characters said just tonight, “It’s the hard parts that make everything worthwhile.” OK, I’m not quitting.

 

Not quitting means I absolutely must get a handle on my own emotions, feelings & stop all the judgmental nonsense that’s been running through my brain lately.

 

How you ask? I have three secret tools that have proven invaluable to me – OK, not really a secret, but still very valuable.

 

First up is the rubber band spirituality technique. It’s quite powerful in providing instant motivation to stop all the negative thoughts & judgments. Put a very sturdy rubber band around your wrist, you will want it snug, but not cutting off the circulation.

 

Every time you notice a judgment, or negative thought rattling around in your brain, snap the rubber band around your wrist! A good snap, too. Do that every time unwanted thoughts creep in & believe me you will choose to reframe your negative thoughts into more spiritual thoughts pretty quick.

 

Stop laughing, I absolutely do this when I get a bit out of control, and I have the marks to prove it. It’s an instant game changer; you can do it anywhere & doesn’t cost a fortune. Snap yourself back into your body, into a spiritual flow, back into your heart energy.

 

Once you have snapped yourself back into your heart, it’s much easier for the second technique of building coherence or alignment of your heart energy. It’s easier to listen to your heart, instead of just the brain. Becoming more attuned to your heart energy makes it’s easier to build more heart coherence, more alignment, thereby aligning with the heart energy of others – especially those people you had previously been judging, or if those judgments were about yourself.

 

Being able to radiate a strong coherent, loving energy to others is what will change not only your world, but also all those around you. Radiating heart energy isn’t exactly instant, but it can also be done anywhere or anytime. Choose heart energy instead of mind crazies

 

My third technique is the very special Indigo Biofeedback device. It’s like having a conversation between me, myself & I – minus all the mind-stuff getting in the way. The device gets right to work, balancing, energizing, offering clarity as well as strengthening the BodyMindSpirit as a whole. And, like the other two techniques, can be done anywhere, anytime – in my office or wherever you are. Takes a little more time than snapping the wrist, and the best part – it doesn’t hurt!

Teaching Is Learning

“Teaching and learning run the same path – can’t do one without the other”.

Meaning, that when I teach, I’m also learning right along with my students. That’s what I wrote recently in an email to an old friend – then I realized that comment to her was really an answer to my own feelings of being a bit disconnected, well a lot disconnected, actually.

There seemed to be ample reasons why I was feeling so disconnected, so distracted.   Could be the laser procedure on my right eye, or maybe it was because of the time needed to integrate another throwaway pup into our cat & dog pack. There’s always something that demands attention, and it seems like each demand created more & more inner-disconnection.

The reasons why I was feeling disconnected aren’t important, but the fact that I was feeling disconnected is important. It was upsetting to realize that I felt very little connection to all the new 2012 activities beginning to build. Didn’t even feel a pull with this recent Full Moon energy.

Now, you and I both know we are never really disconnected from our Source, but all of us are great forgetters! We can get so involved with the next crisis or demand upon our time and attention that we simply forget who we are and what we are here to do, which is more than just handle the next demand.

I had been asking myself why I wasn’t feeling connected to what’s going on? Then as I wrote the email, the “ah-ha” light went on…I’m feeling disconnected because I’m not doing what I came here to do – teach, share & continue to learn. 

Don’t quite know the “what” I’ll be sharing, but then I usually don’t, I just know it’s time to step up a bit more and go for it – whatever IT is!

PS: As I was finishing this piece, one of my four-legged friends sat down next to me & threw-up her breakfast at my feet! God certainly has a sense of humor! Next!

Dreams – To Us, For Us or About US

“Last night I had 2 very crazy dreams. Usually I don’t dream or at least don’t remember dreaming in the morning. The first dream stayed with me after I woke up in the middle of the night and now can recall most of it. It almost felt like a memory. But very scary. How do I learn about the meaning?”

 The best thing to do with dreams – scary or otherwise is to write them down as soon as possible, even if it’s in the middle of the night. 95% of our dreams are to us, for us, or about us, mostly symbolic. When you start writing them down, you become in charge of any feelings associated with the dream, from there the real meaning behind the symbols or events becomes more clear – no longer scary.

 I have kept a small journal by my bed for as long as I can remember, just for the purpose of writing dreams or all the mind chatter that can dog me for hours preventing real quality sleep. Don’t be concerned about spelling, proper punctuation or writing on the lines – just jot down what you can, any way you can – even in the dark. The real goal is to clear the clutter, record for later when you can get the full meaning of the dream, especially if ou can spend some time with your journal.

October Full Moon

I want to thank all of you for the great responses to last month’s Full Moon Indigo session. And, we will be doing it again this month.

So, here we are again, time to stop and be still for a few moments, which may be a bit more challenging this month since the full moon will be in the sign of Aries.

Aries is all about new beginnings, the full moon is about endings; Aries is the sign of fire, the moon is water – so you can see there is some potential for challenge. Just be mindful of any conflict you may be feeling, stop and breath into it, feel it and let it go. Easy said, I know, but it can be done.

A good use of the fire & new beginnings energy would be to set a new goal, something that you want to experience in the next few weeks; something you need or perhaps set a goal to just be more present and peaceful.

I know that usually new goals are set at a New Moon, but with the fire of Aries, this is a great way to “calm the fire’ just a bit. Then use the full moon water energy to let it all flow effortlessly in and around you.

Remember that Full Moon Meditations are a huge key in unifying human consciousness and creating strong resonance frequencies that can surround the Earth. Then when we add the energy of a focused group meditating, especially during an Indigo session – we multiply the effort thousands of times!

To that end, I’d like to suggest each of us take time on the 10th, the eve of the full moon; the 11th and the 12th around sunset to just breathe and connect. I will be running the Full Moon Indigo session on the 10th. Please let me know if you want your name to be added to the Indigo session. Or, simply take time and focus in on your own, but do connect in one way or the other.

Where?   Where ever you are.

When?  October 10th, the Indigo session will begin at 6:30 PM CST. 

How?    Find a place where you can be quite & not disturbed for at least 20 – 30 minutes. That being said, if all you can create is 5 minutes of quiet – that will work, too. Then use whatever technique you are comfortable with to get quiet.

Once there, reach out with your consciousness and visualize, imagine you are joining thousands of others at that very moment – all with the intent to usher in a New World of Peace.

See and feel Peace as dynamic liquid light, flowing effortlessly in & through you, energizing your personal goal (s), into your environment, through the gathered group, our Planet and extend the liquid light frequencies to surround Mother Earth and as far into space as your imagination can travel. 

Hold this image for as long as you can and know you are in the resonance of Peace.

September Full Moon

This month’s full moon will occur on September 12th. It’s energy will provide an extra boost in our abilities to focus, meditate; we will be at our most spiritually open and we will be “high” on compassion. This is a time of great healing for all of us. On the other hand, we are also at our most susceptible, so take extra care in setting strong personal and spiritual boundaries.

All Lunar influences occur 2 days before and 2 days after the precise full moon, and since September 11th falls within this range, I’ve been guided to offer a special Indigo biofeedback session to help balance personal & universal energies at this time.

The Indigo session will begin at 2:09 PM (CST) and run for approximately two hours. I invite you to “tune” into the frequencies. Or, tune in at any point during the session hours or during the evening hours and join with hundreds of others in meditation. If you are not an experienced meditator, then simple find a place where you will not be interrupted for at least 10 minutes. Sit comfortably, or even lie down – as long as your body is being supported.
Visualize or imagine yourself being surrounded with soft, healing light; imagine this light flowing effortlessly in and throughout your body-mind-spirit. Extend this light beyond yourself into your surroundings, out into your town, state, and country, the planet and into the universe. Hold this image and energy as long as possible.

Know that your efforts in producing healing light energy with others will bring balance to the Whole. Thank you for your participation.

A Way Out of the Fog.

 Recently, a question was posted on my blog about any suggestions on a way out of a “deep fog”. Thank you for your question, been in a fog or two myself.

 Have you ever had those moments where nothing seems to be working – you feel like you’re at the bottom of a deep, dark hole; filled with insecurity, not being appreciated, feeling a bit useless or any number of other “at the bottom” feelings?

 Theses low points are actually a perfect time for a decision between two obvious choices. One, we can choose to really feel sorry for ourselves, blaming any number of people or situations (like the economy), the Universe or ourselves; haven’t learned enough, prayed enough, good enough, etc.

 If we choose the blame game, the Universe says, “OK, you want a pity-party, lets go!” Everything in our lives begins to reflect just how bad things are. And, life can get pretty ugly; believe me I know – first hand!

 Or, at that deepest, darkest place within, we can choose to surrender, which really means accept the moment, feel the feelings and let them go. Not everything we do will be successful or as successful as we think it should be. It cannot be perfect – it just IS. Accept that, breathe and let go.

 The very instant we surrender or accept, the Universe will step in and offer us a gift, which seems to come right out of the blue. The purpose of this gift is to breathe life & light back into our soul.

 This gift can appear in any number of ways; a phone call from an old friend, an email requesting our assistance, or you just bump into someone at a grocery store and they give you a genuine smile.

 But, rest assured that this gift is from God, a gift to let us know that we are loved, we are OK, there is hope, and we are not alone. In that moment of acceptance, overwhelming feelings of gratitude fills the spirit and takes our breath away for a moment.

 I’m reminded of two of my favorite sayings; “Timing is everything” and “Delay does not mean denial”. Our job is to prepare and be ready when our dreams, desires and gifts are ready to manifest. Be willing to say, “yes” to life.

 Perhaps somewhere along the way, we stepped outside of Gratitude, which may have helped set up that low point in our lives in the first place – something to think about.

August Full Moon

Do you realize that we only have 5 more full moons until 2012!

 Five more opportunities to clear our inside and outside spaces – all of which is necessary to assist us with all the new energies that 2012 will begin to provide. How clear we are, how open we are, how inner-connected we are will determine just how these energies will affect us.

Full Moon Meditations are a huge key in unifying human consciousness and creating strong resonance frequencies that can surround the Earth. Then when we add the energy of a focused group meditating – we multiply the effort thousands of times! I was one among thousands who participated in worldwide group meditations in the early 80’s, believe me it was & still is a very powerful experience!

To that end, I’d like to suggest each of us take time Friday evening around sunset to look at places in our lives where we want more peace. What are we willing to leave behind to achieve this peace? What we would like to be done with, what do we want, need to release? Write it down, then burn or bury the list. The Full Moon – the Great Giveaway Time is the perfect energy for this task. And, remember, this is a journey not a one-time event to rewrite your entire life.

This is also the perfect time to help facilitate the promise of a New World of Peace. We can make use of the Full Moon energies or frequencies to amplify and create the resonance of peace for ourselves and for the whole planet through meditation.  

Where?   Where ever you are.

When?    On the eve of every Full Moon, the evening of the Full Moon & the day after – Full Moon energies are usually a three day event, so by meditating on the eve, day of & day after, we will be in its fullest expression.
